My name is Mudassar Mohammed and my friends call me Mudz. I am a passionate and dedicated real estate investor with a strong foundation in finance and engineering. My journey began in India, where I pursued my dreams of higher education and moved to the United States at a young age to earn my Master’s degree in Engineering. With a deep analytical mindset and relentless drive, I transitioned into the financial sector, working for some of the largest financial institutions in the country. Over the years, I have risen through the ranks and currently hold the position of Executive Director at one of the top financial institutions in the United States.
While excelling in my corporate career, I embarked on my real estate investment journey 12 years ago, initially focusing on single-family homes before expanding into multi-family properties. Throughout this time, I have built a wealth of experience and developed a keen understanding of market trends, investment strategies, and property management. My expertise in both finance and real estate allows me to identify high-yield opportunities that generate maximum returns for investors while mitigating risk.

I currently reside in Concord, North Carolina, with my wife and three wonderful children. Although I call the Southeast region home, my investment portfolio spans across the U.S., targeting high-growth markets with strong potential. Beyond real estate, I am an avid weightlifter and a dedicated reader of non-fiction books, always seeking to expand my knowledge and continuously improve.
